3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Velourixy Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
Velourixy Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
In the event that your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it is still missing, contact us at support@velourixy.com so we can assist in investigating with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
